This reduction significantly lowers the overall blast signature while maintaining reliable weapon function. By balancing sound attenuation with controlled gas flow, the Linear Diffuser Array helps reduce concussion and shooter fatigue without introducing excessive back pressure, improving comfort and consistency during rapid fire.

LOW BACKPRESSURE

The Linear Diffuser Array is engineered to produce low back pressure by directing propellant gases forward and away from the shooter’s breathing zone. This preserves normal functionality as if the suppressor were not present, while minimizing distraction during rapid or sustained fire. By controlling gas flow at the core of the system, the Linear Diffuser Array also reduces sound and flash signature, delivering effective suppression without compromising reliability or shooter performance.

MAINTENANCE FREE

The Linear Diffuser Array suppressor is maintenance‑free. Its permanently bonded construction, very smooth non‑porous internal surfaces, and absence of dead space or acute angles prevent carbon and debris buildup. A hard-surface, corrosion-resistant black Nitride finish further protects the suppressor, ensuring consistent, reliable performance over time without any user maintenance.  Cleaning not required.

ROC Suppressors achieve extreme durability through a bonded construction unified both vertically and horizontally, forming a single, rigid structure designed to withstand sustained fire and extreme heat. This construction is paired with an Inconel Linear Diffuser Array, 17‑4 PH stainless steel components, and a black Nitride finish to resist erosion, corrosion, and structural fatigue. FLASH MITIGATION

ROC suppressors utilize the Linear Diffuser Array to provide effective flash mitigation by controlling and dispersing propellant gases, significantly reducing visible muzzle flash in low‑light and night operations.
